Refund Policy
At Valena Market, customer satisfaction is important to us. We offer refunds and returns under the following conditions:
- Customers may request a refund or return within 14 days of receiving their order.
- To be eligible for a refund, items must be unused, in their original condition, and in original packaging.
- Certain items such as personal care products, digital products, and clearance items may be non-refundable, unless defective or damaged upon arrival.
Once a return is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7–10 business days, depending on the payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
